• The CEO is committed to complying with this policy, which will be disseminated, implemented, and maintained at all levels of the organization and reviewed periodically to ensure its continuity, relevance, and effectiveness.

• Implementing and developing a food safety management system based on the principles of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).

• Identifying and assessing food safety hazards across all stages of the production chain, from receiving raw materials to distributing the final product

• Providing the necessary human, technical, and infrastructural resources to ensure product safety.

• Achieving continuous improvement in the effectiveness of the food safety management system through monitoring, analysis, and periodic performance reviews against established targets

• Promoting a food safety culture and raising awareness among all employees through ongoing training and development.

• Ensuring effective communication internally between departments and externally with suppliers, customers, providers, contractors, legislative and regulatory bodies, and any other stakeholders with an impact on food safety. Full compliance with all food safety requirements.

• Food safety objectives are defined according to a methodology based on risk analysis, legislative requirements, customer requirements, and performance outcomes. These objectives are measured by specific performance indicators and reviewed periodically to ensure their effectiveness. Responsibilities are assigned to all relevant departments. Objectives are adjusted as needed to ensure the continuous improvement of the food safety management system.
